コタキホワイト玄米２kg米袋です。

～玄米を美味しくいただくコツ～
①玄米は、白米と違い、研ぐというよりも表面についたホコリなどを洗い流すイメージです。２回くらい水を替えて洗い流してください。籾殻などが浮いてきたら取り除いてください。
②ふっくらと美味しく炊き上げるには、しっかり浸水する事が大切です。夏場は２時間以上、冬場は６時間以上浸水してください。水の量はお好みや炊飯道具によっても変わりますが、１合につき300cc～330cc（玄米の1.5～1.8倍）が目安です。
③玄米はプチプチとした食感が特徴です。よく噛んでお召し上がりください。
